Shipping policy
Shipping Methods:
Orders are handmade, and will be processed within 5-7 days (customized and personalized items may have longer processing times). Please allow 7-10 days for standard shipping after order has been processed, depending on USPS delivery schedule. We offer standard and expedited shipping through USPS.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Free shipping will apply to orders over $75.00. A shipping cost of based on standard shipping rates by the USPS will apply will be added to all order under $75.00 based on item weight.
Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at: youniquebydesign@aol.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We are not responsible for packages lost/damaged during transit, but we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Holiday Shipping:
Holiday shopping deadline is 14 days prior to all major holidays.
